Happy hour comes to First Fridays at Jersey City Museum! Unwind after a long workweek with a glass of wine and light fare. Enjoy new sounds from local DJs in the atrium, hands-on family activities, and more. This evening includes live music (*) in the theater by pop band Higgins and singer songwriter Heather Duby. The evening also includes a sneak preview of select Spring 2010 exhibitions Hair Tactics and John Ross and Clare Romano: A Life in Prints.
Event Schedule:
•5 - 7 p.m. | Hands-on craft activities for families.
•6 - 7 p.m. | Enjoy a complimentary wine tasting while Steff "Street Justice" Kautzmann DJs in the atrium.
•7 - 9 p.m. | "Lush Beatlesque" pop band, Higgins, perform in the Caroline L. Guarini Theatre with special opening act, indie singer/songwriter Heather Duby.
This event is free and open to the public.
*Special admission is required to see live music in the theater. Tickets are $8 for JCM members, $10 for non-members. Tickets will be available at the door.
