casting call: actors, director, accompanist for Galileo, the musical

_gaia is looking for the following for Galileo the Musical, a musical in one-act as part of the Planet Connections Festivity 2011 in NYC:

Director- Must be passionate about the environment

Musical Director/Accompanist- must be classically trained, dynamic, and able to improvise between scenes. Must be able to attend some rehearsals and play all performances. (Small stipends available for directors)

Casting for the following roles:
Marina (Galileo‘s Mistress)- legit soprano
Senators, Clergyman, and Pope- all ranges, 30+, male or female

Preferably Non-Equity
Rehearsals in May. Six Performances over the month of June (exact dates TBD)
