Friday, March 5th: 6:00 to 10:00 pm. Tuition: $50. Class held at the Hudson County Community College Culinary Arts Institute.

Learn how to properly prepare vegetables using classical techniques and methods. This is a "must" class if you do not like vegetables or are a fence sitter when it comes to this heart-healthy essential ingredient. The class will include alternative heart healthy proteins. Class is limited to 12 students.
