save the music on Grove street

with repeat complaints about music being played at the Grove street PATH plaza,
a petition has come to life.

To bring the council's attention to the public's opinion we are descending on City Hall
for the next council meeting, wednesday  Aug 31st starting at 6 pm.

We need to remind the council members that a large community is extremely happy with the music and events happening at this plaza.
The music ends at 8 or 9 pm.
