Live Organ Concert & Sing-Along & Scrooge

Saturday December 11th · 6:30 pm

Featuring the majesty and power of the Loew's magnificent Wonder Morton pipe organ. Enjoy Christmas carols and holiday songs played by maestro Wayne Zimmerman on one of the most extraordinary instruments in the Metropolitan Area, accompanied by solo and chorale singers. Also, experience a great old movie theatre tradition brought back to life: the old-fashioned audience sing-along, with words projected on screen, for several of the songs.

Followed After Intermission By:
Scrooge at approximately 7:30pm
Starring Albert Finney, Alec Guinness, Edith Evans, Kenneth More. Directed by Ronald Neame. (1970, 118mins., Color)

The dazzling, wide-screen movie musical version of Dickens’ classic tale. The costumes and sets capture the period beautifully, the direction is well paced, and the acting is superb, most especially Albert Finney in the title role and Alec Guinness as the most memorable Marley the screen has ever seen. Charming holiday fun for all ages.

Admission for concert & film is just $7 for adults; $5 for kids (12 & younger) and seniors (65+).
If you bring an unwrapped toy or article of clothing for the needy, we'll thank you with a box of popcorn.
