ABOUT ERICA

Who she is: Erica Arcé is a 200hr Kripalu RYT who has practiced Yoga for over 9 years and has taught yoga for 2 years. She holds a B.F.A in Fine Arts from Massart, and has completed her post-bac study at the OFA, Harvard University. Her hobbies include acting, traveling and exploring nature.

Why she practices: for spiritual evolution, connection with the divine, peacefulness, healing, balance, clarity within, happiness, transcendence and an open heart.

Why she teaches: service to others, to be a resoviour and channel of sacred yoga teachings for her students. To compassionately guide and cultivate inner awareness, acceptance, positive transformation. To create a space for healing, stillness, happiness, heart opening and spiritual growth.
