CITY HALL NEEDS TO KNOW WE'RE NOT BACKING DOWN! ASK 3 PEOPLE ON YOUR BLOCK OR BUILDING TO MAKE THE CALLS TOO! WE NEED TO APPLY PRESSURE EVERYDAY! THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING! If you haven't called today, please do so.  Leave a message, ask to speak with them directly.  Emails are not encouraged--speaking to the voters that put them in office  is important. Jorge is an architect with Jorge Mastropietro Architects will be presenting his latest project slated to start this fall on Bright Street. 93 Bright Street, currently a one story garage has been approved for demolition.  In its place, Jorge and his team have designed a 4 story residential building.  Come see his plans and meet our newest neighbor.

Steve is principal appraiser of Realty Appraisal Co. They are handling our city wide appraisal for our new property taxes. If you own a home this the THE meeting of the year that you will want to attend. Steve will be on hand at this month’s meeting to give a brief presentation and take questions concerning the upcoming Jersey City Revaluation.

Richard Bleeker and Laura Fraschilla, President and Vice President of the Barrow Mansion Development Corporation.  They will introduce their
organization and their outreach plan for the Van Vorst Community.
